Hi everyone, can anyone tell me if it’s possible to restore an old stone foundation if cracks have appeared and some of the mortar is crumbling? I’m afraid that because of this the building might start to sink and bigger problems could arise.

Hello, stone foundation restoration is a task carried out by experienced specialists https://stonemasonrytoronto.com/service ... storation/. They repair cracks, replace weakened mortar areas, and reinforce the base. Such work helps stop the destruction and extend the life of the building. After the restoration, the foundation becomes reliable again, and the risk of serious problems is reduced. Additionally, specialists apply waterproofing to protect the structure from moisture.
